Brandon is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive institutional experience leading multi-billion-dollar organizations. With nearly 14 years in the RV & MHC industry, Brandon has led the acquisition, repositioning and development of over $1B of RV/MHC assets across 32 US states and 3 Canadian provinces. Brandon worked in a multi-faceted role at a publicly traded REIT where he directed the growth, performance and sustainability of a $13B portfolio through land development, capital improvement and strategic capital planning functions. Brandon was also an initial member at a privately held REIT where he formulated the core operational philosophy and investment strategies, helping to build a $1B MH/RV portfolio that operated in 3 countries. Brandon has been the concept to execution driver to numerous RV & MH developments driving over $250M in stabilized property value. Brandon’s passion lies in building vibrant & sustainable neighborhoods that drive community connection.
