Mike Daley

Mike brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience building high-performing teams and driving operational and financial performance across complex organizations. His multifamily experience includes serving as EVP of Operations and People at a public multifamily REIT, where he led operations across 36,000 units and 120 properties. He has also held executive leadership roles, including business unit president, at an industry-leading, public multifamily technology company. Mike is an Omaha native who has made Cincinnati home and is local to brightSTAR’s home office. Outside of work, he enjoys history, travel, and motorcycles.
