Tony is responsible for oversight of all accounting, financial reporting, tax, compliance, insurance, information technology, payroll and benefits administration processes for Foxhole Equity and its operating companies, including Diatom Aviation, brightSTAR Communities, and Professional Pallets through both an internal team and trusted external service partners.

Tony has a dynamic and broad background across construction, real estate, private equity, and public company environments. For five years prior to joining Foxhole, Tony was Director of Finance and Accounting for Viking Partners Management, a private equity real estate investment firm and Registered Investment Advisor with approximately $750 million in assets under management. At Viking, Tony led all aspects of finance and accounting, including fund and capital management, debt sourcing, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance. He also managed critical back-office operations, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and service.

Earlier, Tony served as Controller at The Loring Group, where he led all accounting operations and co-managed a profitable private lending portfolio. Prior to that, Tony contributed to Phillips Edison & Company (PECO), a publicly traded real estate investment trust, as Property Accounting Team Lead where he played a key role across all property functions. He also supported the audit process and helped the team to finalize a $1-billion portfolio merger that positioned the company for public listing. Tony started his career at Messer Construction, where he began to build critical skills in financial modeling, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Tony earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati, and an Associate degree in Business Management.

Active in civic and community leadership, Tony was honored in 2024 as a Cincinnati Business Courier Forty Under 40 award recipient, recognized for his leadership, professional excellence, and community impact. Tony serves on the Board of Directors for New Path Child and Family Solutions, including service on the finance committee and as LEAD board Chair, supporting vulnerable children and families across Greater Cincinnati. Tony also sits on the Board of Directors for Hamilton County’s Great Parks Forever organization, which champions the sustainability and vibrancy of the county park system. In addition, Tony serves on the Vox Futura Board for the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, from which he is a proud graduate of Class 17 of the C-Change Leadership Program.

Tony and his wife Liz live in Cincinnati with their two children, Mason and Reagan, and their dog Enzo. Together, they enjoy exploring family adventures and creating lasting memories through travel, outdoor activities, and shared experiences.
