Ideal Acquisition Criteria
- Property size: 50+ sites
- Occupancy: 65-80%
- Utilities: Strongly prefer public utilities, but will consider treatment plants
- Amenities: Large lots, playgrounds, and small community center are desirable
- Physical condition: Will consider large capital improvements or redevelopment projects
